Despatch Time
Despatch is normally well inside the dates stated on the Crawfordkilts web site but please work on the principal that despatch will be on the date stated at the time of ordering. Due to the nature of some of the products and the type of businesses which are producing them there are occasions when we are unable to meet our stated delivery times, where this occurs you will be made aware of this fact at the earliest possible time and either accept or decline continuing with the purchase. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, damages or claims which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods in the required timescale. If you require the products for a specific date then please stipulate this at time of ordering and we will do everything we can to meet it. Where items of differing despatch times are ordered, everything will be despatched at the one time.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are stated for goods delivered in the U.K. using our standard delivery method. If a different delivery method is required the additional cost will be advised prior to despatch. Where a next day delivery service is selected, best endeavours will be made to ensure the products are delivered on the next working day.
Returns
You can return any unused item within 14 days of receipt. Should you wish to return a purchase please email us prior to despatching it to us. On receipt of the product we will be happy to refund or replace any item as long as the product is in its original condition. Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment. Where goods are faulty not as advertised or incorrectly shipped we will reimburse the original carriage costs plus the return delivery costs. However if the return is an unwanted item we will not be liable for the return costs.
Costs
All Prices include U.K VAT Where items are for delivery outside the European E.C. area the items will be charged less U.K. VAT. Any additional charges for customs clearance at the country being shipped to must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Colours
Every effort is made to ensure that the colours depicted are a true representation of the original colours. The colours you see may differ due to the setup of your monitor/printer so we cannot guarantee that the colours you see match the product colour.
