All our jackets and waistcoats are made in Scotland from 100% wool. In store and online we stock black Barathea Price Charlie jacket and waistcoats, Crail jackets and 5 button waistcoats.
Most of our jackets are custom made. We can make a jacket for you in a style/design of your choice and all jackets can be made in a range of coloured barathea and tweeds with a variety of different buttons.
Crail & Argyle Jackets
This is a very versatile jacket, as it is a casual jacket when worn on its own with a shirt and tie or it can be worn with a 5 button waistcoat (which we also stock) with either a tie or a ruche tie/bow tie for formal occasions.
Argyle jackets are very similar to the Crail jacket, the only difference is that it has a gauntlet cuff.
Prince Charlie
This type of jacket is worn with a dress shirt and bow tie, so is very much for formal occasions. It is made from all wool black barathea cloth and typically comes with square lion crest buttons and braided epauletts.
Custom Made Jackets
We keep a number of items in stock but we also hand make items to order. These jackets are custom made for the individual allowing you to decide the cloth the jacket is made from, we have a large range of colours and types of cloth to choose from, tweeds, barathea and twills. The detailing of the jacket is also customisable along with button choice and even the lining colour. For more details please get in touch with the shop.

Yes, waistcoats are available for a Prince Charlie jacket or a Crail/Argyll jacket. We can also produce tartan waistcoats.
Absolutely! We can supply replacements whether metal or stag horn. Visit the kilt jacket buttons section of our online shop to view and order them.
Sleeve lengths on stock jackets will be altered free of charge.
